Terms and Conditions
These terms are valid from 2022-08-03 and are applicable to Hovkluster’s online store at teodorsson.se.
You must be at least 18 years old or of legal age in your country to buy our products (unless you have parental approval or similar).
We reserve ourselves for eventual printing errors, and that product photos may not fully represent the real world products in shape, size and colour.
All prices are including VAT (moms) unless otherwise noted. Customers with a valid VAT-number may enter it during checkout to be able to pay without added VAT. Non-EU customers (without VAT-numbers) pay without added VAT.
Back-orders are printed after an order is placed. Each print requires about a day of drying (with additional cutting/treating depending on the size and type of paper) before they can be sent.
We reserve the right to change prices at any time without any previous notice.
Payment shall be done with a credit card through the payment gateway (Stripe) in the shop. Payment is also available via direct bank transfer for Swedish residents (contact us).
All payments are done in SEK (Swedish crowns), therefore it is not possible to show the price in Euro at the checkout page. To see the full price, please view the basket.
All orders are sent with Postnord (Swedish carrier), and a tracking number can be used to track each placed order.
We reserve ourselves for lacking in-stock products even though the website says they are in stock. If this happens, the customer will be informed about the current shipping times. The customer has the right to a full refund if the product is not in stock.
We try to ship all orders within 3-5 working days, excluding back-orders or similar which may take a few days extra. If an order is delayed on our part we will notify the customer.
Delivery times are only an estimate and can be both longer or shorter than the given time span. These estimates do not include time in customs. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.
Estimated shipping times:
Sweden: 1-4 business days
Europe: 3-5 business days
Rest of the world: 5-12 business days
The customer is responsible to pay any customs or import fees that may apply. We are not responsible for extra import fees or similar.
Packages that haven’t been retrieved by the customer will in most cases be sent back to us. The customer is responsible for paying the fee for returned packages. All unclaimed packages will be refunded (excluding the shipping and return cost).
Always check the product when you receive it. Contact us if your product has been damaged during shipping.
Customer rights & Returns (ångerrätt/reklamation)
You have the right to withdraw your purchase within 14 days (after receiving the package), and return the product. If 14 days have passed you can unfortunately not return the product.
To be eligible for a return, your product(s) must show no signs of use. A proof of purchase (receipt) is also required.
Returns or refunds on custom-made orders, such as commissions or orders agreed upon by email, are not accepted.
Once your returned order is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days (usually 5-10 working days). If only parts of an order are returned, then you will only receive a refund for those items.
The customer is required to pay and arrange the return back to us.

If there is a problem with the product, the customer has a right to within three years after purchase file a complaint to us about the issue. Complaints shall be sent to us within two months from the moment the fault or damage was discovered.
Valid complaints, withing the time limit, are eligible for a refund. The product is to be returned to us (see Customer rights & Returns above as well as Warranty below).

We have a one (1) year warranty on all our fine art prints and posters.
The warranty covers manufacturing defects that existed before you received the product.
Rough handling, products exposed to for example too much direct sunlight, moisture, water damages and other similar ”non-normal” use cases are not covered by the warranty.
All products are quality checked before sent to the customer.

Data Protection & Privacy
During unforeseen events such as war, epidemics, natural disasters, government order of law, national or regional emergencies, strikes, labour stoppages, missing goods from subcontractors or similar that are outside of our control, no party shall be liable for not fulfilling this agreement, either in parts or in whole.
These terms may change at any time without previous notice.
