Needed some stress relief so I scribbled down a dragon in just over an hour. It’s really messy. Done in Krita Time taken: see above Released under CC BY-NC-SA 4.0
Idk, some anthro-ish horse. Just sitting and drawing whatever comes into your mind is quite fun.
I bought a Wacom Cintiq 16, and it’s amazing! 😀 Really a game changer, drawing feels much more natural now compared to using a ”normal” tablet. Pics of the tablet coming later 🙂 Drawn in Krita Time taken: ~2,5 hours
Was sick and bored so I drew Lisbeth Salander from the Millennium (TV-)series. One layer and one brush challenge! 🙂 I think I adjusted the mouth/nose twenty times, but except for that it went pretty smoothly. As usual the shading took the most time, it was quite challenging to get it look good. Not sure
Some ”quick” sketches for value practice. Went pretty well. Done in Krita. Time taken: ~4h
A somewhat quick sketch. Started with a really simple lineart/sketch which I then turned down the opacity on and drew over. Time taken: ~2 hours Drawn in Krita
Another horse, because why not. Added some quick colouring too ;D Shining black fur = difficult to draw. Full res: here Done in Krita. Time taken: ~1,5 hours
Another horse! Legs are difficult. Second ever try at doing a larger shaded drawing, but I kinda like it 🙂 Time taken: 2,5 hours The reference image was taken by Erik Rundelius.
Felt like drawing something. Some parts are kinda out-of-proportion, but otherwise it went pretty well. Time taken: ~1,5 hours The reference image was taken by Erik Rundelius.
What’s more fitting to draw than the Peaky Blinders masterpiece Thomas Shelby himself? 😀 This one actually turned out pretty good. At the beginning I just planned on doing a sketch, but look what happened! aaaaand the final image can be seen at the top 🙂 (For full size version, click here.) Done in Krita.
